Energy Code Compliance

Energy Code BrochureOn average, 24% of a commercial building’s power consumption goes to lighting, so controlling that output makes sense as a starting point for energy savings. This is the fundamental logic that has lighting controls mandated in over half of the country’s state energy code jurisdictions. To learn more about meeting design standards mandated by major energy codes, check out this brochure on Energy Code Solutions. And be sure to visit our energy code web page. It contains code excerpts on lighting controls, and is updated every quarter.

Reduce your Lighting and HVAC use.

Retail Lighting: Reduce lighting levels before and after store hours and allow enough illumination for store employees to clean and stock the store.

Daylight Harvesting: This is an ideal strategy for reducing usage during mid-day peak energy rates. Daylight harvesting controls allow lights to be turned off or dimmed when not needed or reduce light output so no more light is produced than is necessary.

Automatic Shut-Off: Ensure lights are off after-hours.

Intelligent Thermostats for commercial and retail applications, which offers real time control of each RTU. You control all settings and changes.
